Questions?
-
Do I need a degree in engineering?
Not for an apprenticeship. For the graduate programme a related degree is fine, as long as you've covered the key topics for the role.
-
Who pays for my qualification?
We do. Apprenticeship training is fully funded, and we back graduates who want to work towards professional registration.
-
Where will I be based?
Most roles are based at our head office in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, with time at our training centre and on project sites depending on the role.
-
When can I apply?
Our next apprentice and graduate intake starts in September 2027, and placements open in summer 2028. Register your interest and we'll tell you the moment applications open.
-
Can I visit or do work experience first?
Yes. We run careers weeks and visits with our partner colleges. Register your interest, tell us what you'd like to see, and we'll let you know what's coming up.
