Our interview process is designed to be collaborative, transparent, and insightful. We aim to help you showcase your strengths while assessing mutual fit. Please note that this is a two-way process and we encourage as much interaction and questions from your side.

Our Interview Process
We follow a structured process to ensure fairness and clarity:
1. Application Review – We assess your resume and qualifications.
2. Initial Screening – A phone or video call with a recruiter.
3. Business Interviews – typically two rounds including motivational, behavioural and technical assessments. Based on the need, we may need to conduct further rounds.
4. Offer & Onboarding – We communicate decisions and begin onboarding. -

Motivational Interview
Purpose:
To explore your passion, your reasons for applying, and what drives you.
What we look for:
• Why you want to work with us and what you know about our company.
• What you understand of the role.
• How the role aligns with your career aspirations and long-term plans.
• Your enthusiasm for our mission, values, and industry.How to prepare:
• Review the job description and ensure you understand what the role is day-to-day and how your skills/experience match the profile. Also reflect on why you applied for this role and why now.

• Be ready to explain what excites you about this opportunity and how it aligns with your goals. -
Competency Interview
Purpose:
To assess your skills, behaviours, and ability to handle key responsibilities based on real life examples.
What we look for:
• Evidence of your ability to work in a team, manage challenges, and deliver results.
• Examples of problem-solving, leadership, communication, and adaptability and other skills that will be listed on the job description.How to prepare:
• Review the job description and identify the key skills/competencies listed.
• Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your real-life examples and take the interviewer through the right level of detail so they can understand your contributions.
• Prepare real examples from your past experience that demonstrate EACH competency. -
Technical Interview
Purpose:
To evaluate your technical knowledge and ability to apply it in practice.
What we look for:
• Relevant technical skills and understanding.
• Your ability to approach problems logically and creatively.
• How you communicate complex concepts clearly.How to prepare:
• Review the core technical skills mentioned in the job description.
• Brush up on relevant tools, frameworks, or industry standards.
• Practise explaining your thought process aloud, it’s not just about the answer, but how you get there.

How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to complete the recruitment process within 2–3 weeks, depending on candidate and interviewer availability.

Can I reapply if I’m not successful?
Yes, you’re welcome to reapply after six months.

Can I apply for more than one role at the same time?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions. However, we recommend focusing on one role that best align with your skills and interests to ensure a more targeted application.

Do you offer feedback after interviews?
Yes, feedback is available upon request following your interview.

Do you offer visa sponsorship?
We currently do not offer sponsorship for most roles unless this is explicitly stated in the job description.

Do you offer remote or hybrid working opportunities?
Yes, we offer a mix of remote, hybrid, and site-based roles, depending on the position. Many of our roles include some element of on-site or in-office work. Please note we are predominately a face-to-face business and we heavily value in-person interaction.

What are the usual working hours?
Our standard working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility depending on the role, project requirements, and team arrangements.

You can expect to receive an update on your application within 5 working days of submission.

Who will I meet during the interview?
You’ll typically meet the Recruitment Team and members of the immediate team or department related to the role.

Do interviews take place in person or online?
We conduct a mix of virtual and face-to-face interviews, depending on the role and location. Our process involves two interview stages.
